1. Trademark Guidelines

  • Affiliates may only use the company’s trademarks, brands, and other intellectual property when authorized to do so.
  • Affiliates must not modify or alter the company’s trademarks and brand assets in any way.

2. Social Media Policy

  • Any music, images, or other content used by affiliates to promote the company’s products on social media platforms must not infringe on copyrights.
  • Affiliates must not post any inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.

3. Email Marketing Policy

  • Emails sent by affiliates must include a clear unsubscribe link and FTC compliance disclosure.
  • Affiliates must not purchase or use unauthorized email lists.

4. Coupon and Promotion Policy

  • Affiliates must obtain prior approval from the company before publishing any coupon codes or discount offers.
  • Coupons and promotions must adhere to the company’s pricing and discount policies.
  • Typically, affiliate coupons cannot be stacked with other site-wide offers, as the best discount will automatically apply.

5. FTC Compliance Requirements

  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with the company in their promotional content.
  • Affiliates must not make any false or misleading claims in their advertising.

6. Special Commission Rules

  • The company reserves the right to adjust commission rates based on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other factors.
  • Special sales events may have independent commission structures.

7. PPC Bidding Rules

  • Affiliates must not bid on the company’s brand keywords for PPC advertising.
  • Affiliate PPC ads must be pre-approved by the company.

8. Termination Clause

  • The company reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time if the affiliate violates the agreement terms.
  • Upon termination, affiliates must cease using the company’s trademarks and assets.
