Shipping

We leverage a network of trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others, to ensure your delivery arrives efficiently and on time. We select the best option based on your specific needs.

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders from the United States will usually ship the next business day.

In-stock Orders: Domestic (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are shipped within 7-14 business days. Pre-orders and Back-orders: Please refer to the corresponding product page for the delivery time of pre-sale products and back-ordered products.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please note the shipment time stated on the product page.

FurryTail provides Free Shipping on orders over $60 within the contiguous U.S. Currently, we only ship to the US. Please note: Customers in remote addresses can only choose Standard Shipping. Allow an extra two to five days for delivery. Some items can't be shipped to remote locations. The product details page provides information about delivery restrictions.

To ensure timely delivery options, we currently ship to physical addresses only. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported at this time; due to internal procedures and regulations, we are currently unable to ship directly to military addresses.

Warranty

Each of our electronic products comes with a 1-year, standard manufacturer warranty, to provide you peace of mind throughout your pet-parenting journey.

With FurryTail, you can trust that we will be there for you if any issues arise. From the moment you receive your package, we provide a grace period of 1 year to address any concerns or hiccups you may encounter with your FurryTail product. If you encounter any problems during this time, we will promptly send you replacement parts, free of charge, to fix the issue.

FurryTail will cover the shipping costs associated. Additionally, we'll gladly cover the shipping costs associated with sending your replacement parts if it falls within the 1-year warranty period.

If your issue cannot be easily resolved with replacement parts, we are committed to providing a seamless solution. In such cases, we will replace your litter box with a brand new one. To make the return process easy, we'll send you a prepaid return label to cover the cost of shipping back your old litter box. Please note that if the components of the product have been disassembled or tampered with, we regretfully cannot offer a replacement.

Please be aware that this warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies to FurryTail products purchased from our official website.

At FurryTail, we stand behind the quality of our non-electronic pet products. However, due to health and hygiene reasons, all pet products are non-returnable once used.

If a pet product is found to have a manufacturer's defect under normal use within 1 month of receiving the item, we will provide a replacement product or partial/full refund, depending on the circumstances. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or tampering. It also does not apply to consumable items like food or litter.

Inspection and Claims: Please thoroughly inspect all pet products upon receipt. If you discover any issues, contact our customer service team at help@furrytail.net within 1 month to initiate a warranty claim. We are committed to providing high-quality pet products and stand behind their workmanship. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Returns & Refunds

We currently offer a 30-Day No-Reason Return policy. If you’re not 100% satisfied, FurryTail products purchased directly through furrytail.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund.

Returns not related to manufacturing defects or quality standards will incur a return shipping fee of $79.99, deducted from the refund.

If you’ve purchased your FurryTail product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer. Please note that the return policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.

The returned item(s) must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging. The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from the delivery date.

To return an electronic product purchased from furrytail.com under the 30-Day Hassle-Free Return policy, follow these steps:

  • Request a return label by contacting FurryTail Customer Support at help@furrytail.net.
  • Package your item in the original packaging. Units in unclean conditions may incur a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, totaling $79.99.
  • Once received, we process and issue a refund within 7-10 business days.

The return conditions for a non-electronic FurryTail product are as follows:

  • Unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Opened products can only be accepted if there is a quality issue.
  • All returned items must be in the original, unused condition, without any pet contact.
  • Packaging must remain intact.

The return instructions for non-electronic FurryTail products are as follows:

  • First, please contact our customer service team at help@furrytail.net before initiating a return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality related returns.
  • We will deduct the cost of the return shipping label when processing your refund.
