Warranty Coverage:

FurryTail prioritizes your satisfaction. From the moment you receive your package, there is a 1-year grace period to address any concerns or issues with your product. During this period, if you encounter any problems, FurryTail will send replacement parts free of charge, and they’ll also cover shipping costs to send those parts.


Replacement Policy:

If the issue can’t be resolved with replacement parts, FurryTail will offer a full product replacement. They’ll send a prepaid return shipping label for your old litter box—but note that replacements are not available if components have been disassembled or tampered with.

Initiating a Warranty Claim:
To start a claim, contact FurryTail's customer support at help@furrytail.net. They’ll guide you through the next steps.

Limitations:

  • This warranty is only for the original purchaser.
  • It is non-transferable.
  • It applies only to products purchased from FurryTail’s official website.

Non-Electronic Products

FurryTail stands behind the quality of their non-electronic pet products, but for health and hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned once used.

Warranty Coverage:
If a non-electronic pet product has a manufacturer’s defect under normal use and it's reported within 1 month of receipt, you're eligible for a replacement product or partial/full refund, depending on circumstances. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, tampering, or consumable items (like food or litter)

Inspection and Claims:
Inspect all pet products upon arrival. If you find any issues, contact customer service at help@furrytail.net within one month to initiate a claim
